Order Flowers Plumeria

I need help / advice on my wedding bouquet!?

I'm getting married in May and go to the flower shop this week to sort my field. It is a small beach wedding and really want to use more tropical looking flowers. I think: orange lilies Asia as the main flower and then green Cymbidium orchids, orchids white, yellow and possibly some small flower plumeria yellow or that way. I know nothing about flowers and it is difficult for me to imagine what it would look. Does this looks good or too many flowers? Also, I live in North Carolina along the coast. Could this be a very expensive class (they are expensive these flowers in season?) Only I want to be a bouquet of small to medium size. I'm on a budget so I can not spend a lot of money in my field and do not know if this type of industry would too expensive, etc. Can anyone give me an idea
